Dr. David Y. Shipley was born in Baltimore, MD and attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated with a Doctor of Optometry and a Master of Science Degree in Vision Rehabilitation. Dr. Shipley relocated to South Florida in 1991 and established his private practice.
